Drafting a survey or a feedback form just became a whole lot faster for millions more users.Google Workspace announced a massive language expansion for Gemini in Google Forms.

The "Help me create" feature, which Google claims can draft questions 3x faster than manual entry, is now breaking down language barriers globally. Whether you are building a quiz in Danish or a customer survey in Vietnamese, Gemini is ready to do the heavy lifting.

1. "Help me create" Expansion

The headline update is the addition of 21 new languages to the "Help me create" tool.

• The Magic: You can type a simple prompt describing the form you need—or even reference a supporting PDF, Doc, or Sheet. Gemini will instantly generate a structured draft.
• New Languages: Now supporting Arabic, Catalan, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Indonesian, Malay, Mandarin, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.
• Legacy Support: These join the existing support for English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish.

2. AI-Powered Question Suggestions

In addition to full form creation, the Gemini-powered question suggestions feature has also been localized for 28 more languages.

• Contextual Smartness: As you build your form, Gemini analyzes your existing questions and suggests relevant additions in your native language.
• Availability: This includes major markets like Spain, Brazil, Japan, Korea, France, Italy, and Germany.

3. Admin & User Getting Started

• Admins: For users to see Gemini in the side panel, smart features and personalization must be turned on. Admins can manage these settings at the domain or OU level via the Admin console.
• End Users: If your account is eligible, look for the Gemini "sparkle" icon in the top right of your Google Forms editor. You can start by typing a prompt like "Create a 10-question registration form for a local marathon."

• Rollout: Live now for both Rapid and Scheduled Release domains.
• Eligible Tiers: * Business & Enterprise: Standard and Plus.
